DBL Ceramics hosted their Annual Business Conference 2025 on November 14 and 15. The theme was "Echoes of Excellence".

Business partners from across the country attended the conference to review achievements and discuss future plans. The two-day conference was held at The Palace Luxury Resort in Habiganj, Sylhet, says a press release. Participants joined business discussions, team activities, experience-sharing sessions and entertainment segments.

Abdul Wahed, Chairman of DBL Group; M A Rahim, Vice Chairman; Mohammad Aman Abrar, Director; Mohammad Bayazed Bashar, Chief Business Officer; Mohammad Shahidozzaman Raj, Head of Sales; Kazi Md Siddikul Azam, Chief Financial Officer; and Didarul Alam Khan, Head of Marketing, attended the program along with senior officials.

During the business sessions, board members and senior leaders reviewed the year's progress. They spoke about market expansion, new product lines, quality improvements and technological upgrades. The company honored top-performing partners with Best Performance Awards. Leadership also introduced a broader vision and new strategies to strengthen the dealer network in the coming year. In the closing session, company leaders said, "Excellence is not something we merely achieve, excellence is something we rebuild every single day." They said the trust and partnership of dealers and distributors are key to the brand's continued growth.

The conference ended with renewed enthusiasm and a shared commitment to move forward together.
